I got USA Home Inspections of Ocala, FL to do my house inspection for my new home in Dunnellon Florida.

I received from them a comprehensive and very detailed report which showed all the areas I had found in my own inspection but more than that many things that i had not found. The report is one of the best I have seen and had so many good pictures clearly showing the areas of concern. The advice they have given has been excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an objective and comprehensive inspection on their new home or prospective home.

With home buyers so hard to find these days, the last thing anyone wants is a home inspector who hasn’t either the talent or brains to conduct himself in an acceptable manner…seemingly trying to be disruptive and counterproductive to the selling process. There are numerous characters like that around here. The service we received exceeded our expectations! Chris fit us into his busy schedule with just a few days notice in order for us to be able to comply with the date we agreed to have inspections completed in our contract. He arrived early, did an extremely thorough inspection, and provided us with a very professional, detailed report complete with photos, descriptions, and suggested repairs. The report was reviewed with us, printed, bound, and ready for us to take home at the end of the inspection. We felt completely confident about our purchase decision by the time we left that day.
